Visual Aid Material Production

Creation, printing and attachment of visual aid materials into a harness jig board. The materials are used by the production operators as guide when inserting the correct wire specification into a designated connector cavity to avoid cross-wire. The use of visual aid materials decreases the production time and reduces the number of errors and amount of rework caused by human errors.
